Hi, I’m Lainie. I’m a postulant for the Episcopal Diaconate in the Diocese of New York. I was a church school teacher for most of the last decade since being confirmed as an Episcopalian. Prior to that I spent many years attending and serving in various evangelical churches, so I have a wide background of biblical study, including some college courses years ago. Some of these posts are taken from church school lessons I prepared for teachers in my former position as church school coordinator, so they are meant to be easy to read and pass on to kids.
